With offices spanning the globe, this software company took the early stages of their planning seriously to get the desired end result. The JustSeventy team could not have been more delighted to travel Stateside, creating two identical events in New York City and San Francisco.

The brief was clear, yet allowed the JustSeventy team to really push the boundaries of creativity, while the event as a whole had a relaxed and informal feel to it. A ‘botanical garden’ theme denoted the choice of venues – light, bright and airy.  The hope was, of course, for nice weather, however provisions were needed and two beautiful venues chosen.

The first of the two events was held at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, where the Kenshoo brand was expertly presented through clever fabrications, screens and surrounds throughout the areas. This high energy corporate event was an opportunity to take part in thought leadership from some of the world’s best known brands, a variety of breakout topics, and interactivity across the day. Away from the structure of the talks, activities provided a link to nature and the environment allowed for a calm and mindful space.  Guests partook in honey workshops, succulent plant potting and meditation, which all amounted to a focus on wellbeing, space and clarity.

The JustSeventy team created an subtle change in atmosphere throughout the day, starting with a daytime DJ to build the energy slowly, later switching to an afternoon DJ to shake things up after lunch, followed by more of a relaxed party feel for the evening reception, with a saxophonist and violinist giving the evening more of a live music vibe.

A few weeks later and still working hand-in-hand with the Kenshoo team, JustSeventy executed the west coast event which took place at Filoli Gardens in San Francisco. With a marquee erected in their beautiful gardens, the guests were blown away by the transformation of the botanical space.

For both brand and event continuity, the same goals as in New York were prioritised and achieved. The JustSeventy team expertly managed the content, show-calling and all the elements required for a successful brand event. Key sponsors, including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, AdMarket Place and Apple had presence both on and off stage and delegates received a perfectly curated set of gifts within a branded tote thanks to both Kenshoo and their sponsors.

A corporate event always has an ultimate goal and the return on investment exceeded expectations. The JustSeventy team thrive on achieving these results through careful design and event management, ultimately ensuring a stress-free experience for the organisers.
