Who says a ‘white wedding’ should be the only way to go? This beautiful wedding for saw a daring choice of colour palette which no one can argue well and truly paid off!
Held in the elegant Edwardian-style Abraham Lincoln room at The Savoy, the ceremony would be the first part of this wonderfully special day. Fitting that a marriage of French royalty was held in this room in 1895, a majestic Chuppah sat gloriously central for all to witness the wedding to come. A garden of purple and lime green florals lined the whole aisle, leading to John Carter’s stunning Chuppah. The JustSeventy production team ensured that subtle low lighting was used around the whole room, leaving the Chuppah to have all the attention and to be seen perfectly from all angles.
In a very special setting and with live musicians, the bride and groom wed at The Savoy, London’s very first deluxe hotel. And while guests mingled, enjoyed light refreshments and were involved in photos, the JustSeventy team put the final touches to the ballroom dinner set up.
The unique and impressive colour scheme from the ceremony flowers carried through to dinner, with the addition of fresh fruits and candles added into the floral designs. Roses, hydrangeas, foliage and more were used throughout the spaces and the beautifully natural garden-scent was commented on by all. Guests were welcomed to the Lancaster Ballroom through an oval floral installation which would not only become a talking point but also a perfect photo backdrop for all the guests!
On entry into the Ballroom, guests were blown away by the overall design and care that had gone into producing such a beautiful look. Greeted by Festival Mibley, a phenomenal show band brought in from Paris, guests filled the custom circular dance floor and marvelled at the table designs surrounding them. A special raised VIP had been created for the bride, groom and their closest friends, giving them the best views in the house all night.
Lime green candles mixed with a pink rose on each place setting may need to be seen to be believed, but wow did it look incredible! The Savoy was transformed, with their traditional stage seeing the addition of a bespoke bar set up and every possible area filled with an abundance of fresh florals.
A contemporary and vibrant look for an energetic fun party saw all the guests enjoy every second of this beautiful wedding.
