The event, held at the spectacular Illuminate at the Science Museum, required little more than a sleek minimalist stage set, subtle lighting and comfortable breakout areas, as well as carefully distributed branding.
An expertly pieced-together area for the panel discussion to take place really allowed the client to focus on their deliverables and leave everything else to the JustSeventy team. Furniture selection, lighting, auto-cues, sound, screen content and show-calling were all things which, when done seamlessly, do not detract from content delivery. It can be so easy to install large quantities of lighting into a dark room to create daylight, but with this carefully selected venue, there was no need. The phenomenal panoramic windows, with views all the way from the London eye to the Shard, allowed daylight to pour in, keeping attendees sharp and alert throughout the sessions. This international crowd could enjoy a functional yet delicious ‘grab and go’ breakfast while watching London come to life, something that this asset management firm particularly liked about the choice of location.
