Often referred to as a “Cathedral of Nature”, the British institution that is the Natural History Museum is one of London’s most iconic venues. Enjoying a welcome by a stegosaurus, followed by dining under a blue whale, the international guest list were delighted to attend Hayfin’s 10th Anniversary black tie gala celebration in such a magnificent space.
Celebrating an important company milestone to thank staff, investors and suppliers alike for their support throughout their tenure, JustSeventy had the pleasure of designing a truly bespoke and personal experience. Premium catering, model hostesses, exquisite detailing and stunning floral displays in the brand colours transformed an already-phenomenal space to something uniquely spectacular. Despite a very short time frame to turn everything around between the public leaving and the guests arriving, JustSeventy simply do not believe in holding back. An LED wall with bespoke content, expertly designed and captivating lighting, and a perfect sound system to support the wealth of musicians were installed.
Entertainment was a huge focus, both throughout the planning stages and on the night. Multiple bands, two magicians and even a couple of dancing velociraptors for good measure! A true highlight and surprise for many was a bespoke burrito shack to represent the company’s Friday lunch tradition was loved by all.
In addition to managing the execution of detailed branded stationery, the JustSeventy team carefully curated a wonderful gift bag for all guests. Lucky recipients of a bag were able to take away an abundance of quality items, including bespoke scented candles and baseball caps.
An energetic party and an incredible setting, mixed with a ‘desserts from around the world’ station, in honour of their international offices, meant all guests left on a high and hoping that this company event, the biggest in their history, would be the first of many! Employees, suppliers and their investors left feeling appreciated, proud of their achievements to date and motivated for their next ten years!
